From Smart metering strategic roll outs to asset intensive site operations, we work across the entire delivery value chain to help our clients tackle interesting and exciting business challenges, and you will work as part of a core team working alongside them. Here are some examples of projects we typically get involved in:

  • Advising clients in government, energy retail, network and water industry on smart-metering implementation and delivery

  • Customer service improvement, sales effectiveness, Customer IT Systems and Customer Strategy across all clients within our sector

  • Revolutionising front- and back-office processes in the Big 6 energy retailers

  • Helping our regulated clients through the latest RIIO price controls

  • Supporting some of the largest IT implementation programmes across the industry

"I am currently working on a major gas industry transformation programme impacting almost every participant, from shippers to suppliers, network operators to gas transporters and will be impacted by the very topical national Smart meter roll-out. We work closely with senior programme stakeholders and have played a central role in vendor selection and continued client side advisory and assurance of the delivery as well as defining the future state picture. So what are we looking for?

We recruit individuals at all levels based on merit. Don't worry about 'fitting into a quota' if you've got the skills we are after we would love to talk to you. Here are a few of our key requirements:

  • Project/Delivery experience within a management consultancy or an internal change function within the retail energy, regulated utilities and/or water industries. Your experience could include:

- Smart metering, particularly within Smart Grids

- Debt Management

- Customer Service improvement, sales effectiveness, customer strategy & insight

- Operational efficiency and field force effectiveness

- Implementation of CRM or CIS systems

- Business process design / architecture

  • The ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong academic performance with at least a Bachelor's Degree
