Each year the business customers we deal with make billions of money transactions when people like you and me use our debit cards and credit cards to pay for goods or services. These transactions happen using Worldpay technology and systems, whether online or face-to-face, chip & pin or contactless. The Team

Based in Gateshead at our Team Valley offices, you will be part of Worldpay's biggest operations centre. Our Gateshead teams are the frontline when it comes to dealing with our customers and making sure we provide the best levels of service possible.

The Role

In this role you will be responsible for helping our customers get up and running using Worldpay payment machines and systems. This could involve processing contracts, dealing with installation arrangements, or providing general customer support to make the set-up process as smooth and swift as possible.

To make sure we're there for our customers you will work from Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern between the hours of 8:00 and 18:00.

You

With quality being key for our customers you will be able to work both quickly and accurately. The volume of work you will complete will need to be precise, so keen attention to detail will be required. Your daily tasks may either be back office processing, administration or customer service, so you will ideally need to show evidence of skills in these areas.

If you have not previously worked in an administration or customer service role , your application will still be considered if you feel you can demonstrate strong communication skills, an understanding of what good customer service requires, and a keen willingness to apply yourself.
