To provide day-to-day support to the client and consultant operations group in order to ensure the governance framework remains fit for purpose, that the overall group activities have visibility,  that appropriate MI is in place and that the business risks are clearly documented. In addition to provide EA support to Head of Client & Consultant Operations (and team Managers) and the Head of WS Governance (and team Managers)
  • Maintain overall client and consultant operations group activities plan 
  • Co-ordinate the production of management information for regular governance meetings, for senior management and the client management committee 
  • Maintain the client segment and consultant plans and agreed delivery milestones roadmap 
  • Track activity / actions delivery vs plan and report progress to senior management and the client management group 
  • Track team managers' progress with the annual RSCA review process  
  • Assist with the co-ordination of the rolling client quality assurance, documenting follow up actions 
  • Assist with BAU project documentation, follow up and reporting 
  • Hold the overall client management group JD's and team roles and responsibilities 
  • Assist with the co-ordination of the Client Service business development meeting; preparing papers and taking actions 
  • Involvement with other ad hoc business projects and initiatives as directed by the Head of Client and Consultant Operations
  • EA responsibilities to include management of diary activities, setting up of meetings, conference calls, travel and expenses etc.
