Job purpose; The primary goal is to act as a SME to support the CST in delivering exceptional service to investors, their representatives and client companies while participating in a culture of high performance, innovation and continuous improvement.
Principal responsibilities; >Take ownership of monitoring, processing and/or overseeing allocated tasks in relation to the cash management, settlements, reconciliations. While you may be allocated to a specific process function, you will be required to cross-skill to support other tasks within the CST environment >Investigate and resolve any escalations or exceptions within agreed service levels, regulatory standards and focusing on customer outcomes.
>Oversee workflow queues ensuring work items are properly assigned and any risk to SLAs escalated.
>Act as a SME for products, procedures, technical information and project activity
>Demonstrate consistent levels of accuracy and carry out Quality Assurance monitoring of others
>To support wider TA and CST you may be required to perform additional duties and other functions from time to time.
>Take accountability for your development and undertake training/ coaching identified to support delivery of high level of client service
>Demonstrate you understand our culture and display our shared values (Client Focus, Integrity, Teamwork and Excellence) and the application of TCF.
>Demonstrate personal responsibility for proactively mitigating risk by escalating and resolving concerns/incidents in line with BNY Mellon Escalation Guidelines and TA Incident Escalation and Management process.
